We offer four weight-loss programs to help you successfully and safely lose weight. Before beginning one of these programs a complete medical history will be recorded, and a comprehensive blood test is performed to ensure that you can safely take these products.

Phentermine
Oral Phentermine Hydro-chloride (HCL) is a prescription appetite suppressant, which has been successfully and safely used for weight loss for over 30 years. It is in the Sympathomimetic family of appetite suppressants (used for the short-term management of exogenous obesity.)
Phentermine is used together with diet and exercise to treat obesity (overweight) in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.
Phentermine works by stimulating the hypothalamus gland, (the region of the brain that controls the autonomic nervous system, regulating sleep cycles, body temperature, appetite, etc.) and affecting certain neurotransmitters to decrease the appetite.
Phentermine should NOT be used as a substitute for proper diet or exercise. For maximum effects, it must be used in conjunction with a well-balanced diet, exercise and can also be combined with ReNu's other weight loss programs.
Healthy modifications to your diet and activity levels must be developed and continued long-term in order to continue losing weight and/or prevent the lost weight from returning.

Bella capsule is a compounded prescription medication that includes the active ingredients, Topiramate, Bupropion, Naltrexone, Phentermine, and Methylcobalamin. Bella has been shown to help aide in weight loss, depression, mood disorders and B-12 deficiency. This program includes two InBody Scans, four Lipo-B Injections, nutrition guidance and Bella workouts. This product can be taken for up to three months. Semaglutide
Glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) is a key hormone produced in the intestine that helps regulate your appetite and blood sugar levels. Mounjaro Program for Diabetes & Weight loss

What is Mounjaro?
Mounjaro is an FDA-approved once weekly injection that helps regulate blood sugar levels when combined with diet and exercise for adults with Type 2 diabetes. Mounjaro is a receptor agonist for both GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 (Glucagon-like peptide-1) hormones which regulate appetite and satiety.
While NOT yet indicated for weight loss, recent clinical trials have shown VERY promising results as a potential weight loss treatment.
During a 72-week trial, 2,539 adults weighing an average of 231 lbs. with an average BMI of 38 were tested. Participants in the study were randomly selected to receive Mounjaro at different doses, or a placebo. At the highest doses of Mounjaro participants lost almost 21% of their body weight.
How does it work?
Activating GIP and GLP-1 pathways to help regulate blood sugar. Mounjaro works for type 2 diabetes, as well as, for weight loss in several ways by helping the body release insulin when blood sugar is high, removing excess sugar from the blood, stopping the liver from making and releasing too much sugar, reducing hunger/appetite, and improving satiety by slowing down digestion.

Who is a good candidate?
Healthy adults who have a BMI over 26. Adults who are committed to making lifestyle changes with diet and exercises. Those who do not tolerate stimulates well.
Patients who have a history of MTC or MEN2 are NOT advised.
